Fall is just around the corner, and for many families that means a return to school and work. During this change of routine, don't forget to take a few moments in your busy day to relax and focus on your health. Studies have shown that stress and oral health are closely related, but remember that small lifestyle changes are easy to implement into your day. A healthy breakfast boosts performance by improving your concentration and overall health. Take some time to brush and floss before setting out on your day, and the results will assist you in maintaining a happy and healthy smile.
We are happy to welcome two new faces to our office. Monica, our newest Dental Hygienist and Carolyn, our new Office Administrator and Treatment Coordinator. They're excited to get to know all of our patients and look forward to seeing you during your next visit.

These bacteria can eventually turn into plaque - a sticky, colourless film of bacteria proliferating on our teeth.
Tooth decay can be minimized by a healthy diet that involves cutting down on sugary foods. But did you know there is something you can add to your healthy eating habits that can actually help prevent tooth decay?
Beet juice!
